Regarding the Kimochi market shutting down Notifications

I received many mails about kimochi shutting down.

First of all, I got a mail from market manager too.

Hi all,

I am sorry to announce that the Kimochi service will be disabling all purchasable content on March 1st followed by a full shut down on March 31st. It has been a wonderful experience to help distribute your games to a wider audience, but unfortunately the financial situation does not allow us to keep the service running for much longer. Please feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions.

FAQ:

- What will happen to players' downloaded games?

Players will receive a notice in the client directing them to the location of their games in their file system. After March 31st, these games will have to be accessed directly rather than through the Kimochi client.

- What will happen to players' purchased games?

If a player hasn't yet downloaded the game, they will receive a notice to do so within a month so that they can redeem their purchase. Refunds can be processed if necessary.

- When will the last payment cycle occur?

The last payments will be distributed on April 1st.

Currently I have a plan for the solve the update problem.

I managed contact with market manager few days ago, but he was so busy so I wasn't able to talk long, but at least I got the important answer.

I asked to market manager if he can give me the mail list of the customer who bought Anthophobia, and He said yes.

Well that's good news, but that was all I can ask him since He was busy.

so please give me few more days since the Market manager is not avaliable right now, but I'll get the best solution as possible.

Currently I'm going to ask to market manager if he can send my download page to the customers by the email, so the customers can continue to download the game and update.

but right now Market manager is not avaliable... so please give me more time so I can get the proper answer.

Currently I have no solid solution for the uncensoring since the GMS engine packaging process.
All I can do is just hoping there's someone like god of the GMS engine just make a post for making uncensoring patch.X_X;

As far as I know, both Kyrieru (Kurovadis and Eroico) and Vosmug (Xenotake) released on DLSite.
They both used GMS and they released uncensoring patches, so there is a strategy... unfortunately they did not reveal how it is done, but maybe they would answer to a fellow developer.

I can't believe it! I hate that DLsites stuff is censored, which is why I was so happy to find Kimochi. I would have bought Anthophobia on Kimochi if I knew about it existing there and that it wouldn't be censored, I got the dlsite version. It would be nice if u could get an uncensored version to those who live outside of japan. Is there a way? like a piece of coding to uncensor the game or something?

I can't guarantee 100%, but currently I'm undergoing testing for the making a patch.
also This test will be a long way walk since this patch making progress is all hand works plus this game has censors on almost every single sprites.

Hello Sourjelly! I also heard the news few days ago, and it was very sad of Kimuchi's fate. But I would like to suggest something in this matter. I believe that you may have heard Mangagamer, right? That site sells uncensored games, and I brought a couple of games from there. I suggested the same to MenZ Studio, the creator of Virgin Invader. Or maybe this site, "itch.io", I think you might be interested in. I bought a bundle of 2 games of this creator named Azurezero--uncensored games, I'd add. Of course, I also suggested this to MenZ Studio. I hope you would give them some thought, eh? The Mangagamer, and itch.io.

I don't think so, azurezero is selling 2 uncensored adult games in itch.io there. I just bought them not even longer than a day.

Currently you can buy the game from DLsite(censored)
or from the patreon(it'll take some time but you will get uncensored).
There are no other solution so far.

but I'm investigating for the solution right now. I hope I can solve this problem soon.
